Toronto, Ontario, July 24, 2025 – Wolfden Resources Corporation (WLF.V) (“Wolfden” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that as a result of strong investor demand, the Company has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Offering“) from aggregate gross proceeds of up to $1.0 million to aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2.0 million. The upsized Offering is comprised of the sale of up to 25,000,000 units of the Company (“Units“) at a price of $0.08 per Unit.
