Ewan Downie

Non-Executive Chairman

Mr. Downie has over 25 years’ experience in the exploration and mining industry in North America and is currently President and CEO of Premier Gold Mines Limited. He founded the original Wolfden Resources Inc. and served as its President and CEO from 1995 to 2007, when it was acquired by Zinifex Limited for $363 million in cash. Mr. Downie received the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada 2003 Bill Dennis award, in recognition for his contribution in discovering the West Zone on the High Lake Project, in Arctic Canada. Mr. Downie holds a diploma from Seneca College, King City, Ontario.

Ron Little

President, CEO and Director

Mr. Little is an engineer, geologist and entrepreneur who has developed mining projects in Canada, South America and Africa. He was the founder and CEO of Orezone Resources and Orezone Gold Corp. for over 20 years and built one of the most successful exploration and mine development track records in Burkina Faso. He has extensive experience in financing and developing mining projects from exploration through to operations as well as an in depth knowledge of the capital markets and those involved in the sector. He is and has been a director and advisor to other public companies and not for profit entities. Mr. Little is Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Geological) from Queen’s University in Kingston (1985).

Don Bubar

Director

Mr. Bubar is a professional geoscientist with 40 years experience in mineral exploration and development in Canada. Mr. Bubar is a graduate of McGill University (B.Sc. 1977) and Queen’s University (M.Sc. 1981). From 1984 to 1994, he worked for Aur Resources Inc. as Exploration Manager and later VP, Exploration where he was involved in gold and base metal exploration on numerous projects in the Abitibi region of Quebec. This was highlighted by Aur’s discovery of the Louvicourt Copper-Zinc VMS deposit in Val d’Or in 1989. Subsequently, he initiated a base metal exploration program for Aur in Maine and New Hampshire. Prior to joining Aur, he was involved in base metal exploration in the NWT with Kidd Creek Mines Ltd. where he participated in the discovery of the Gondor VMS deposit in 1982. Since 1995, Mr. Bubar has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Avalon Advanced Materials Inc. (formerly Avalon Rare Metals Inc.), a mineral development company with a primary focus on technology metals, including lithium, tin, indium and rare earths. He also now serves as Chairman of the Board of Imperial Mining Group, a mineral development company with assets in northern Quebec.

Ian Atkinson

Director

Mr. Atkinson was previously President and CEO, and a Director, of Centerra Gold before retiring in 2015. He has more than 40 years of experience in the mining industry with extensive background in exploration, project development and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his ten-year tenure at Centerra, Mr. Atkinson held various senior leadership positions with Hecla Mining Company, Battle Mountain Gold, Hemlo Gold Mines and the Noranda Group. Mr. Atkinson has contributed to the discovery of several major mineral deposits and been involved in a number of large global mining projects in his career.  Mr. Atkinson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from King’s College, University of London and a Masters degree in geophysics from the Royal School of Mines, University of London.

John Seaman

Director

Mr. Seaman is President and Chief Executive Officer of Apex Investigation and Security Inc., a large privately owned security company. He is a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Premier Gold Limited since May 2006 and was Chief Financial Officer of Premier Gold Mines Limited from August 2006 to June 2012 and was the CFO of Wolfden Resource Inc. from 2002 until it was taken over in 2007. Mr. Seaman was previously director and/or officer of other small-cap public companies and is an ICD.D member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Don Hoy

SVP Exploration

Mr. Hoy has been involved in the mining industry in North America for over 26 years, acting in both technical and senior management capacities for junior and major mining companies. Most recently he was Vice President, Exploration and Development for Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. and prior to that, Vice President, Exploration for Freewest Resources Canada Inc. He was a recipient of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada 2009 Bill Dennis Award, as 1 of 5 persons credited with the ‘Ring of Fire’ discoveries in northern Ontario. Mr. Hoy holds a B.Sc. degree from the University of Western Ontario, a M.Sc. degree (Mineral Exploration) from Queen’s University and has been a professional geoscientist with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario since 2003.

Lance Dyll

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Dyll is a member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and has over ten years of finance experience. Mr. Dyll held senior financial positions with several reporting issuers including Mega Precious Metals Inc. (TSX-V: MGP). He is currently the CFO for Source Exploration Corp. (TSX-V: SOP), and is also the Director of Operations for the Alyris Group. Previously, he has held senior positions with Cliffs Natural Resources from 2010 to 2012, Zinifex Canada Inc. from 2006 to 2010 and was previously working in public practice with BDO Canada LLP. Mr. Dyll holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lakehead University.

Shaun Drake

Mr. Drake is Secretary to several reporting issuers including Premier Gold Mines Ltd. (TSX: PG), PC Gold Mines (TSX: PKL), Mega Precious Metals Inc. (TSX-V: MGP) and Source Exploration Corp. (TSX-V: SOP). Mr. Drake previously served as Corporate Secretary for Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines Limited from 2003 to 2005 and Wolfden Resources Inc. from 2004 to 2007. He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators since 1995.
